What is Global Fintech Fest?

The Global Fintech Fest (GFF) is an annual fintech conference organized by the Payments Council of India (PCI), the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), and the Fintech Convergence Council (FCC). Started in 2020, GFF has emerged as the world's largest fintech conference and the leading thought leadership platform in the fintech landscape.

This is the fifth edition of the Global Fintech Fest.

Who is organizing the event?

The event is jointly organized by the Payments Council of India (PCI), the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), and the Fintech Convergence Council (FCC).

How to reach the venue?

Jio World Centre is located in Mumbai’s central business district, Bandra Kurla Complex.

  • By Car: A 30-minute drive from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
  • By Train: A 10–20-minute drive from Bandra station, Kurla station, and Santacruz station.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available at your own expense and liability, subject to Jio's availability on August 28, 2024.


However, on August 29 and  August 30, the parking will not be available at Jio World Convention Centre.

 

How to get pictures of the event?

You can access all conference photos by scanning a QR code at the venue. Once scanned, the photos will be sent to you promptly.

Is the event live-streamed?

The event is not fully live-streamed; however, you can find some of the sessions on our YouTube channel.

Do we get a certificate after attending the event?

We do not offer any certification for participating in the Global Fintech Fest.

Is there any place where we can keep our luggage?

A luggage counter is available. Baggage submission is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for Global Fintech Fest is Business Formals.

What are the conference timings?

Day 1 - 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Can we get the attendee list?

Global Fintech Fest does not share the attendee list with anyone. However, as an attendee you will have access to GFF delegates.

How to attend the event?
What are the steps to register?

Follow these steps to register:

  1. Click on this link.

  2. Click on "GET YOUR PASSES."

  3. Enter all the required details.

  4. Add the promocode (if you have one) and then add the Silver / Gold Pass.

  5. Click on "Submit & Next" at the bottom of the page.

Do we have a day-wise pass?

Global Fintech Fest does not offer day-wise passes. The pass is valid for all three days.

Is there a visitor entry?

No, there is no visitor entry to Global Fintech Fest.

Is there lunch available?

Yes, if you purchase a Gold Pass, lunch for all three days can be accessed

Is there an age bracket to attend the event?

The event is open to individuals aged 16 and above.

How many delegates are a part of this event?

We are expecting around 80,000 delegates.

What does the booth include?

The booth provides a space to showcase your products and services to attendees, facilitating networking and business opportunities.

What is the difference between shell space and raw space?

Shell Space: A pre-built structure provided by the organizers, which includes basic utilities like a table, chair, dustbin, electricity point, and Wi-Fi/lights.

Raw Space: An open area where exhibitors can bring their own vendor to customize the space according to their preferences, adhering to the rules and regulations provided by JIO.

Are exhibitor passes available, or do they need to be purchased?

Exhibitor passes are included with the exhibition space for exhibitors only. They can’t be purchased separately.

What are the exhibition timings on the day of the event?

The exhibition starts at 10:00 AM and concludes with the last session of the day.

HEALTH SAFETY

We request that all attendees follow general personal health etiquette when attending GFF.

These include:

  • Practicing respiratory etiquette, such as wearing masks (where applicable) and / or covering your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing.
  • Follow hygienic practices, such as frequently washing or sanitizing your hands.
SAFETY

Use your own judgment and be careful about personal safety when attending GFF.

 

General Advice

  • If you see someone acting suspiciously or see any suspicious objects Dial 112 immediately.
  • Always be aware of your surroundings and what is happening around you.
  • Know your location, including venue name and address, and cross streets safely.
  • Help others. If you become aware of someone falling ill or needing help, inform venue staff. In an emergency, dial 112

 

Wellness

  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and carrying a reusable water bottle.
  • Keep phones charged and carry important numbers with you.
  • Carry details of any medications that you require routinely and allergies you may have.
  • Get proper sleep.

 

Visiting Any Venue

  • Know the venue name, street address and cross street in case of an emergency.
  • Take a moment to identify at least two exit routes from any building or event, and emergency exit signs.
  • If an alarm sounds, evacuate immediately. Follow directions from venue staff or First Responders, if present.
  • Do not leave drinks unattended, nor accept open drinks or food products from strangers.
  • Know entry policies for every venue by visiting its website.

 

Emergency Evacuations

In the event of an emergency evacuation make your way quickly and calmly to an emergency exit or the designated sheltering area. Be aware of any hazards or dangers around you before proceeding.

Follow the direction of venue staff, security personnel and First Responders.

Do not put yourself in danger by stopping to collect belongings unless directed by First Responders.
